Data collected by this site

This site collects data only when you complete a form:

• Contact form: name, email address, telephone number and the content of the message.
• Referral forms: identifying details of the referring professional and the patient, together with the health data needed to assess the referral.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed solely to respond to your request and organise care. It is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Security

Referrals are encrypted when stored. They can be read only by authorised staff at the Centre, through a password-protected login. Traffic to and from the site is protected by TLS.

Retention period

Referrals are kept for as long as needed to process them, then added to the patient record in line with legal requirements for retaining medical data. Contact messages are deleted once dealt with.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to car@hin.ch.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. A single technical session cookie is set when you submit a form, to protect it against fraudulent submissions.
